Refund Policy


Requests for a program refund should be directed to zphilippas@seymourct.org (Recreation Department) or lmcconologue@seymourct.org (Senior Center) or mailed to Seymour Community Center, 20 Pine Street Seymour, CT. A full account credit will be given if withdrawal notification is received 7 days prior to the session start date. If a check is preferred, written notification must be received prior to the session start date. A full refund less a $5.00 administrative fee will be mailed to you within 10 business days of receipt of the request. If a participant is forced to leave a session due to injury or illness, a prorated amount of the fee may be refunded at the Director’s discretion.
