Join one of our Adult Basketball Leagues
Leagues consist of a regular season followed by playoffs. The season length varies depending on the number of teams registered.
Cost includes: referee pay and team jerseys/shirts
No league draft, players form their own teams
18+ League
The 18+ Recreational Basketball League is designed for adult players aged 18 and above, providing a fun and competitive environment for individuals looking to play basketball.
1-2 games a week in the evening time.
How to Register for 18+ League:
-Only Team Managers need to register
-Log into/create an account
-Must enter team name and pay in full.
-After you Submit payment, should receive confirmation email once completed
-After payment is completed, email roster and jersey sizes to Parks & Rec Manager, John Fracker- Jfracker@seymourct.org
30+ League
The 30+ Recreational Basketball League is designed for adult players aged 30 and above, providing a fun and competitive environment for individuals.
Games played on Sundays after 3pm
How to Register for 30+ League:
-All players must register
-Log into/create an account
-Must enter team name, jersey size and names of players on team (min of 8 players per team).
-Once payment is submitted, should receive confirmation email

- Team Payment in Full by September 12th. Individual payments will not be accepted.
- League Schedule at Quick Scores.com. Schedule will be created once teams are set.
- No Refunds if team is removed from league (please view league rules)
- Regular season games + playoffs (if team qualifies for playoffs)
- Team Cost Includes: jerseys, referee pay (2 per game), scorekeeper/site manager
- League set to start week of Sept 22nd
- 1-2 Games Per Week
- Games played on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30 at Seymour Middle School
