Basketball - Adult Leagues
Join one of our Adult Basketball Leagues
Leagues consist of a regular season followed by playoffs. The season length varies depending on the number of teams registered.
Cost includes: referee pay and team jerseys/shirts
No league drafts, players form their own teams
How to Register for Leagues:
-Only Team Managers need to register
-Log into/create an account
-Must enter team name and pay in full.
-After you Submit payment and register, you should receive confirmation email
-After payment and registration is completed, email roster and jersey sizes to Parks & Rec Manager, John Fracker- Jfracker@seymourct.org
18+ League: Runs from September-November
The 18+ Recreational Basketball League is designed for adult players aged 18 and above, providing a fun and competitive environment for individuals looking to play basketball. 1-2 games during the week in the evening time.
30+ League: Runs February-May
The 30+ Recreational Basketball League is designed for adult players aged 30 and above, providing a fun and competitive environment for individuals. 1 game a week played on Sundays late afternoon/evening time.

18+ Basketball League
- Register team by 9/13
- League starts 9/22
- No league draft, players form their own teams
- Once paid and register Team: Email roster and jersey sizes to John Fracker- Jfracker@seymourct.org
- League Schedule at Quick Scores.com. Schedule will be created once teams are set.
- No Refunds if team is removed from league (please view league rules)
- Regular season games + playoffs (if team qualifies for playoffs)
- Team Cost Includes: jerseys, referee pay (2 per game), scorekeeper/site manager
- 1-2 Games Per Week
- Games played on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30
