Zumba Tone
Zumba Toning is a dance fitness class that uses lightweight weights to tone specific muscle groups. The class combines cardio, Latin-inspired moves, and body-sculpting exercises, and uses lightweight maraca-like toning sticks or small handweights to tone the arms, abdominals, butt, and thighs. The toning sticks function like dumbbells, providing resistance weights. Zumba Toning classes use weights between 1-3 lbs or 0.5-1.5 kg, but you can also use your own weights.
