Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South-Central CT are partnering to increase access to care and disease prevention among our senior community through a series of health screenings and healthy living education sessions each month for a year. Griffin will present their AGEWELL workshop series at Seymour Community Center at 1:30 pm. Maximum of 20 participants each month.
