The Recreational 30+ basketball league will play at the Seymour Community Center on Sunday afternoons/evenings.The league will be played 5 v 5. Individuals are welcome. All Valley residents are welcome. ID's will be checked prior to the game! Minimum of 6 teams to run league.

TEAM Online Registration Steps:
When registering a team online, you will need to know the individual's name and T-shirt size. Select the total number of registrants on your team; enter each member as a guest and then type their name in the space provided. On the next screen, enter the individual's T-Shirt Size.
Individual Registrations
If registering as an individual we will need 7 other individuals to make a free agent team. Once complete it will be formed as a "Free Agent Team"
