This program is designed for adults with diabetes who want to learn how to manage their diabetes. The Workshops will help you control your diabetes so it does not control you. Workshop topics include:Exercise, Action Plans/Problem Solving, Healthy Eating/Carbohydrate Counting, Blood sugar goals, Foot care, Medication Management, Stress & Emotion and much more Open to Valley community.
