Walking strengthens the body, rejuvenates the mind and enlivens the spirit.  You may walk as a significant part of your healthy exercise program.  Whether you have increased your walking or decreased it during "stay safe, stay at home", this session is for you!

It’s a perfect time to learn how to MAXIMIZE walking for exercise.


Join Veteran personal trainer and walking coach, Linda Gottlieb and learn the four types of walking (Yes! there are four), some mistakes you may be making, how to safely increase variety and boost your walk to gain the results you want.  Linda will demonstrate how to mix up your walk, including how to create an IN HOME walk program you can do anytime.
