Join us for this 6-week high-intensity workout involving shadow boxing, various forms of kicks, and heart-pumping movements for the ultimate sweat and calorie burn!

Minimum of 8 to run the class 

COVID – 19 Procedures
-Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask at all times.
-Participants must bring their own water bottle.
-Participants must bring  their own equipment if required for class

Please Note: Due to Covid -19 - it is still risky for unvaccinated individuals and individuals over the age of 65 with other health conditions to visit/partake in gyms, fitness, sports clubs and facilities and organized sports.
