Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This super fun & effective class is a must for anyone trying to get in shape or stay in shape. Great for all levels!
Minimum of 8 to run the class

-Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask at all times.
-Participants must bring their own water bottle.
-Participants must bring their own equipment if required for class
Please Note: Due to Covid -19 - it is still risky for unvaccinated individuals and individuals over the age of 65 with other health conditions to visit/partake in gyms, fitness, sports clubs and facilities and organized sports.
