About the instructor
My name is Wojciech Wasilewski. I have devoted the better part of my life to studying and mastering many different forms of martial arts. Starting my journey as a young boy in Poland, I have completed many different certifications throughout Europe, North America and Asia. These certifications range from mastering breathing methods such as Qi-Gong, to reaching the pinnacle of systematic martial arts by acquiring my 5th Dan Black Belt in the Bushi Ban Martial Arts system. I have received “Man of the Year” honors from the Asia-Pacific Martial Arts Hall of Fame, and am also a certified Level 1 MMA Conditioning Coach. My path throughout all of these courses, among others, has allowed me to be able to branch out and create my own unique form of physical and mental exercise, MindFit.
MindFit is a program that allows the individual to channel their inner and outer peace in order to help minimize stress and promote happiness and satisfaction. Through a mixture of the aforementioned practices, MindFit sessions allow those who partake to feel more invigorated and fulfilled. This blend of meditation methods and physical exercise will leave you feeling more positive in no time!!
