Yoga is a learning experience about your body and who you are in your body.
Meet Joann Williams. Joann developed her love of Yoga in 2001 looking for a stronger back and healthier body. On the path of this journey she found that yoga has so many other aspects; quite mind, strong overall body, and that yoga is fun!
Joann is a registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher trained in Core Strength Vinyasa, a modern style of hatha yoga created by Sadie Nardindi and an additional certification for special needs ages 5 to 21 from Stretch What Matters in Massachusetts. Joann continues to explore various styles and aspects of yoga to incorporate into her classes where one needs to be soft to be strong.
