Minimum of 8 to run the class
COVID – 19 Procedures
- Masks must be worn at all times while in the Community Center and during class
- Participants must remain a minimum of 12 feet apart from other participants
- Participants must bring their own water bottle.
- Participants must bring their own equipment if required for class
- Participants must exit at end of class. No congregating.
- All participants must sign in and confirm Name and Phone number at first class
Please Note: Due to Covid -19 - Governor Ned Lamont and Connecticut Re-Open guidelines recommend Individuals over the age of 65 or with other health conditions should not visit/partake in gyms, fitness, sports clubs and facilities and organized sports, but instead should continue to stay at home and stay safe.
