Tai Chi Easy (I) Introductory Class presents the basic princliples of Tai Chi in 8 gentle and adaptable lessons. Learn five Tai Chi movements without straining or pushing and focus on enjoyment, personal health and inner tranquility. 8 week Session starts weekly on Tuesday Sept. 11th-Tuesday Oct. 30th from 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.Cost is $24.00 for the 8 week Session.
Tai Chi II continues practicing the principles learned in the introductory class focusing on posture, balance, upper & lower body strenght and deep breathing. We will playfully & gently add more Tai Chi movements, add the use of lightly weighted Tai Chi balls, and focus on adapthing movements for the best level of health & enjoyment. The 8 week Session starts weekly on Tuesday Sept. 11th-Tuesday October 30th from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 am. Cost is $24.00 for 8 weeks.
