Falling is a major factor as we age causing non-fatal & fatal injuries. The Fall Prevention Program is being presented by the VNA Community Healthcare Agency and will address what steps can be taken to lower your risk of falling. Individual Balance Accessments to evaluate your risk and recommendations will be available at the end of the program Light refreshments will be served.
