There are 10 primary principles encompassing the concept of intuitive eating that most people can agree are practical applications we can include in our lives. However, there are many practitioners and platforms out there who are skewing these principles to make them fit their own narrative, which can leave the general population confused and misguided.

In this talk, we will discuss these concepts, what they mean, how we can properly apply them to our every day and to remember to have grace with ourselves and our decisions.
