Senior Boot Camp

This boot camp offer simple athletic drills which target all major muscle groups and build strength and stability. Cardio drills keep the heart rate and energy expenditure up throughout the work phases. Balance training reduces the risk of falls, a specific vulnerability of aging. Finally, the flexibility/relaxation component aims to recover, maintain and enhance mobility.

Minimum of 6 to run the class. We ask that participants please bring your own Mat or Towel.
