A 2 session free program sponsored by Griffin Hospital explaining Advance Care Planning.  You will have the opportunity to talk about your healthcare wishes and creating a plan that makes your wishes know in advance.Session #1 will be an explanation of what Advance Care Planning is with discussion and question & answer period.  Session #2 will guide you through the actual process of putting your wishes on paper in the form of an Advance Directive.  Lynn Aiksnoras, Advance Planning Coordinator, Griffin Hospital will be the Presenter. Session #1 will take place on Thurs., Feb. 15th and Session #2 will take place on Thursday, Feb. 22nd.
