Tai Chi Easy

Tai Chi Easy is an approach to learning Tai Chi that makes it easy and fun. The style includes steps & exercises that improve mobility, breathing and relaxation.  The movements don’t require deep bending or squatting. Designed for people of all levels and abilities to learn and participate.

Pre-requisite:Tai Chi Easy I or prior Tai Chi Experience and approval by Instructor.
